All artworks created by me are subject to copyright and may be used by me for any commercial purposes. This applies to both original paintings and digital drawings, including custom orders.
An exception is made for collaborations and the creation of artworks for commercial use by a second party, as well as individual works for clients who do not want their orders to be published anywhere else. In such cases, the price for the artwork will be higher and is discussed individually.

Terms of Use for Artworks
1. Commercial Use:
- All artworks created by Passione Karyna may only be used by me for any commercial purposes.
- No one else, including clients of custom works, has the right to use my artworks for commercial purposes without written consent.
2. Custom Orders:
- Clients may order custom works, agreeing that the artwork remains under my copyright.
- If a client wishes for the artwork not to be published anywhere other than for their personal use, this must be agreed upon in advance, and the cost of such work will be higher.
