1. Commercial Use:
- All artworks created by Passione Karyna may only be used by me for any commercial purposes.
- No one else, including clients of custom works, has the right to use my artworks for commercial purposes without written consent.

- Clients may order custom works, agreeing that the artwork remains under my copyright.
- If a client wishes for the artwork not to be published anywhere other than for their personal use, this must be agreed upon in advance, and the cost of such work will be higher

3. Collaborations:
- In the case of collaborations for creating artworks for commercial use by a second party, the rights to use the artworks will be discussed and arranged individually.
4. Publication and Distribution:
- I reserve the right to publish and distribute images of all my works, except in cases where an agreement has been reached with the client for non-publication.

Shipping policy:
Digitale file
When purchasing a digital file, you will receive your order via email within 1 to 3 business days.
Original artwork or prints Shipping
All sales are final. Please double check your address before confirming your order because I will not be able to make changes to the addresses once the order is put through. This is an important step to ensure quick turnaround times for printing and shipping your orders.
I provide global shipping for all prints and artworks to almost every country in the world. Should your address not be accepted at checkout, please contact us and we will try to find a solution.
The orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. All purchases are sent via tracked & insured shipping services.
You will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch. Please make sure to check spam folder for shipping notifications.
I am not responsible for any orders that get sent back to us due to packages being left in the post.

Returns on damaged or lost artwork
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork, please contact me within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, we will endeavour to replace the edition, free of cost.
In the event that we are unable to replace the edition, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork.
